UHart faculty, staff, and emeriti employees are included in hartford.edu's online directory. We aim to make directory edits within one week of submission. If you are a new employee, please allow extra time for employment verification with Human Resources Development. Any questions can be sent to directory@hartford.edu.

Current Employees

If you are an existing employee and would like your profile changed or edited, please complete the form below. Enter only the required fields and the information you want changed or added.

New Employees

If you are a new employee and need a profile created, please email the following information to directory@harford.edu:

  • First and Last Name
  • Title
  • Department
  • School
  • Email Address
  • Optional: Profile Photo, Education, and Bio 

All Employees: Profile Photo

If you would like to add, remove, or replace a profile image, please send your image and/or request to directory@hartford.edu
