Summer Fitness Classes

Faculty/staff fitness classes are continuing this summer!

Yoga will continue to be held on Mondays at noon in GSU 331/333.

Mixed strength will be held on Tuesdays at 4:45 p.m. in GSU 331/333.

Instead of Pilates, we’re offering Barre on Thursdays at noon in GSU 331/333.

Barre is a dynamic workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training into a class that transforms the body from head to toe. High reps and various combinations will have you feeling the burn! This class builds cardiorespitory endurance, strength and flexibility in a low-impact manner. Perfect for all fitness levels and no dance experience needed!

Please note there will be no mixed strength on: June 25, July 2, July 9, and Aug. 13.

There will be no barre class on: June 27, July 11, and Aug. 15.
