To All Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Faculty and Staff,
Like many organizations, the University of Hartford is subject to certain governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements. In order to comply with these requirements, the office of Human Resources Development (HRD) invites employees to voluntarily self-identify, their race, ethnicity, veteran status, and disability status.
As part of ongoing efforts to ensure the data contained in the Banner system is accurate we invite you to review your personal demographic data in your personal Employee Self Service Center. You can access this information by taking the following steps:
- Log into your Self Service Center
- Click on the Personal Tab
- Click on the View/Update Personal Information link
From here you will be taken to your personal demographic page. Please review the information contained in your profile.
- If all information is accurate, there is nothing additional you need to do.
- If any information is inaccurate and it is a field that can be updated, please click the edit button under the information or within the section and make the proper adjustment(s).
- If any information is inaccurate, but is in a protected, not updateable or editable field, please contact Rachel Yacouby, Senior Talent and Onboarding Specialist, at yacouby@hartford.edu to initiate these updates.
Submission of this information is voluntary and any request to voluntarily self-identify may be made immediately and/or at any time in the future. This information is held strictly confidential and may only be used in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws, executive orders, and regulations, including those that require the information to be summarized and reported to the federal government for civil rights enforcement. When reported, data will not identify any specific individual.
We appreciate your assistance in ensuring the University’s BANNER records are accurate.
