All full-time faculty are invited to attend the Critical Year and Faculty Promotion Workshop Series, regardless of their critical year or intent to apply for promotion. The Spring 2025 series will, however, focus on those full-time faculty who submit their materials for promotion, tenure, comprehensive, and/or cumulative review in Fall 2025, including Associate Professors who expect to apply for promotion to Full Professor in Fall 2025 (or if you are considering it, but not quite sure).
Six Friday workshops will cover all you need to know about the process, procedures, and Faculty Success. Additional meeting times will be provided as needed. Meetings are scheduled for 90 minutes, but much of the time is for questions and conversation, not formal presentations.
Please contact Jess Nicklin if you intend to apply for promotion, tenure, and/or review in Fall of 2025 so that we can add you to our distribution list and send you the intent to apply form, which is due April 1.
