Visiting Artist Molly Hatch Lecture

The Hartford Art School Ceramics Department and Dirty for A Reason Clay Club are excited to invite you to join us for an artist talk by Molly Hatch Friday, Feb. 7, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., in the Krieble Ceramics Center. Molly is currently teaching the HAS Professional Practices course. All welcome!

Molly Hatch is an artist, designer, entrepreneur and teacher living and working in Florence, MA with a BFA from School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University and an MFA in Ceramics from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Molly’s large scale, art-historically referencing painted plate installations have been exhibited at the MFA Boston, High Museum (Atlanta), Clayarch Gimhae Museum (Korea), Newark Museum, Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, Sarasota Art Museum and the Philadelphia Art Alliance to name a few, and has completed commissions for Tiffany & Co and Anecdote, a Bon Appetit restaurant in San Francisco. Molly kicked off her career with a residency at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center in Wisconsin.
