Rising 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students will gain various skills and techniques in the field of robotics such as designing, building, programming, and more through hands-on practice and lab projects. On the last day, you will battle in an in-class competition. After successfully completing the camp, students will earn a printed certificate from CETA and the University of Hartford!
Rising 9th–11th Grade Students Will
- Learn how to design and build their own mobile robot platforms
- Learn how to program mobile robots using micro-controllers and SOCs with C/Python programming languages
- Explore various engineering principles, such as electrical, computer, and mechanical engineering
- Work with colleagues on the team and compete with others in a task field that is constructed for mobile robots
