Due to weather, the University closed today at 1 p.m. Classes starting at or after 12:30 p.m. are not meeting in person. Classes already in session dismissed at 1 p.m. Online and remote courses are not affected by campus closings and will meet as scheduled. Please note that when a campus closing prevents an in-person class from meeting at its scheduled time, professors may opt to conduct classes or provide assignments online. Students should check Blackboard and their email regularly to learn of any alternate arrangements. More on weather-related closings

Please use this form to submit an announcement to UNotes.

The UNotes email is a summary of new items added to the UNotes website. The UNotes email is distributed each weekday to the campus community during the fall and spring semesters when classes are in session. During the summer (between Commencement and mid-August), the UNotes email summary is sent to faculty, staff, and subscribers twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. 

The deadline for submissions to appear in the next day's UNotes is 5 p.m. All submissions must include the submitter's own University of Hartford email address (department or general email addresses will not be accepted).

Please only submit your announcement once. The announcement will remain on the website and will run as a reminder periodically in the email leading up to the event or deadline.

Please make sure your event is properly scheduled using the UHart Hub and/or 25Live. All events on campus must be registered.
