Winterterm

Winterterm is your chance to stay on track or move ahead during the semester break.

Earn at least three credits, repeat a course for a better grade, or explore something new. Courses are available online, so you can learn in the way that works best for you.

  • Term Dates: Dec. 26, 2025–Jan. 16, 2026
  • Registration Deadline (Visiting/Non-UHart Students): Dec. 19, 2025

Current Student Registration

If you’re enrolled at another college or taking courses at Uhart for personal/professional goals, complete registration by Dec. 19, 2025. 

Non-UHart Student Registration

Submit the Winterterm registration form along with a financial letter of support.

Dropping a Course and Tuition Refunds

Any request to drop a Winterterm course must be submitted by the University’s official drop deadlines. Non-attendance does not count as an official drop.

  • UHart students: Use self-service
  • Visiting students: Complete the Request to Drop form

    WINTER TERM 2026 DEADLINES FOR COURSE DECISION(S) – 12/26/25 through 01/16/26

    • December 25, 2025:  Last day for drop prior “DP” - Online
    • December 29, 2025:  Last day to drop and receive 100% Tuition Refund - Online
    • December 29, 2025:  Last day to drop a course and have it deleted from record - Online
    • December 30, 2025:  First day to drop a course and receive a “W”
    • January 5, 2026:  Last day for Pass/No Pass or Audit  
    • January 5, 2026:  Last day to drop a course and receive a “W”
