Dropping a Course and Tuition Refunds
Any request to drop a Winterterm course must be submitted by the University’s official drop deadlines. Non-attendance does not count as an official drop.

WINTER TERM 2026 DEADLINES FOR COURSE DECISION(S) – 12/26/25 through 01/16/26
- December 25, 2025: Last day for drop prior “DP” - Online
- December 29, 2025: Last day to drop and receive 100% Tuition Refund - Online
- December 29, 2025: Last day to drop a course and have it deleted from record - Online
- December 30, 2025: First day to drop a course and receive a “W”
- January 5, 2026: Last day for Pass/No Pass or Audit
- January 5, 2026: Last day to drop a course and receive a “W”
