A Specialized Two-Week Program

Summer Place Robotics & Coding (SPRC) is a specialized two-week camp program that focuses on the fundamentals of robotics and coding.
Through hands-on practice and lab projects, rising 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students will gain various skills and techniques in the field of robotics such as designing, building, programming, and more. On the last day, you will battle in an in-class competition. After successfully completing the camp, students will earn a printed certificate from CETA and the University of Hartford!
Rising 9th-11th Grade Students Will
-
Learn how to design and build their own mobile robot platforms
-
Learn how to program mobile robots using micro-controllers and SOCs with C/Python programming languages
-
Explore various engineering principles, such as electrical, computer, and mechanical engineering
-
Work with colleagues on the team and compete with others in a task field that is constructed for mobile robots
