As the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs and Research, Jessica manages activities related to faculty development and research. She is co-chair of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and oversees the Center for Teaching Excellence and Innovation (CTEI) and the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP). Jessica is a faculty member in the Department of Psychology and is actively engaged in the Master of Science in Organizational Program (MSOP) Online. She routinely teaches Motivation in the Workplace and Capstone. Prior to her current role in the Provost Office, Jessica served as the Assistant Provost for Graduate Studies, Associate Vice President for Student Success, Associate Dean for Student Services in the College of Arts and Sciences, and Director for the MSOP Online Program and Undergraduate Program in Psychology.
Interest areas
Her research interests include workplace motivation, the work-family interface, and the role of positive psychology on well-being. She is certified in Applied Positive Psychology and Academic Life Coaching.
