On Tuesday, Nov. 19, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (ET), the Barney School of Business is pleased to have Abbas Arslan, a global marketing leader with Coca-Cola and over 20 years in the industry, will share insights on working to developing multinational brand marketing strategies, focusing on adaptive analysis and localized engagement across various regions, including the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Some of his career highlights include leading award-winning campaigns like Coke Studio and Share a Coke, along with brand integrations at FIFA World Cup events. Recognized by Coca-Cola and the broader industry, he has received several awards, including Effie’s Marketer of the Year, Best Campaign, Best Innovation, and Creative Excellence.
Mr. Arslan will also discuss the critical importance of collaboration across functions in areas of consumer research, data analytics, product development, omni channel and product launch. Currently, he is focused on delivering the next wave of marketing return on investment and capabilities through AI (artificial intelligence).
Finally, Mr. Arslan will provide career guidance and perspective on entering global marketing as a profession along with answering your questions.
