The Office of Inclusive Excellence and Belonging hosts our yearlong series, Experiencing Belonging: “Share Your Story.” Join us for a panel discussion featuring three Black campus and community leaders who will share their stories and perspectives by reflecting on a time when they did or did not feel like they belonged.
Our goal is to better understand the perceptions of the Black community and to find out what factors impact a sense of belonging as we continue to provide support and foster a campus community of inclusion.
This discussion will be moderated by Josie Brown, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and Hillyer College. Panelists include:
David S. Daye ’06, Director of Operations, Goodwin University Magnet School system
Najeia Mention, Psychotherapist, Counseling and Psychological Services
Christina Swaidan, Visiting Associate Professor of Educational Leadership, ENHP
