Human Resources Development (HRD) would like to thank everyone for participating in the Annual Collaborative Assessment program this year. We are currently reading every review that has been submitted; thank you for making this process a meaningful part of the employee experience. We appreciate the thought and time that you have taken to complete the assessments.
As we look toward next year, HR will be incorporating suggestions for revision into the form in an effort to make it easier to complete. We will also be exploring whether or not the program can transition to a fully electronic process in PeopleAdmin, which would simplify the completion and submission of the forms to HR. We look forward to sharing more for next year’s program.
For supervisors, please ensure that you continue to submit any outstanding reviews as soon as possible.
As a reminder, the Annual Collaborative Assessment form is available online. We have also provided additional tools for both staff and supervisors on the Forms page on the HRD Website, under Performance Reviews.
If you would like to review your job description in advance of completing the Annual Collaborative Assessment process or would like to review your employees’ job descriptions, you can do so by going to PeopleAdmin and clicking on Position Management from the three dots in the top left hand corner of the screen.
