FALL TERM 2025
After midnight on Nov. 10, 2025 we will no longer process meal plan upgrades for the Fall 2025 term.
You will only be able to add HawkCASH or ARAMARK purchased Additional Dining Dollars to your accounts after this date to get you to the Dec. 17 close of Dining Services for the Fall term. Students can purchase HawkCASH here.
SPRING TERM 2026
On Nov. 17, 2025 the billing for spring term 2026 will be invoiced to all student accounts by the Bursar’s Office at which point you may add a meal plan, or change your assigned plan in self-service/My UHart for the spring 2026 term. Whatever plan you currently will be copied to spring 2026 for billing purposes.
Once logged in to your MY UHart or Self-Service account, select Meal Plan Change Requests from the menu or search for that card. Once in the form select the “SPRING 2026” for the term code in the pull-down menu, then you will see your current spring meal plan choice or assignment.
Graduate and Commuter students may select any available meal plan, Residents please remember your options for plans are directly tied to your Resident Hall selection/assignment. The 10 Weekly meal plan is only available to those Undergrad Residents who are housed in Park River Apartments or the Village Apartments where there are full kitchens.
Upgrades and downgrades for the spring term are allowed until midnight on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2026, at which time only upgrades will be allowed until midnight on April 14, 2026, when no upgrades will be processed for the spring 2026 term.
