The Nosh Food Pantry invites UHart community members to request a Thanksgiving Basket or a $25 Big Y gift card to help make the holiday season a little brighter.
Each basket includes all the traditional holiday essentials: A turkey or whole chicken, potatoes, onions, apples, winter squash, stuffing, cornbread mix, gravy, and cranberry sauce, providing everything needed for a hearty Thanksgiving meal.

Pick-Up Dates: Tuesday, Nov. 19 and Wednesday, Nov. 20
Distribution is first come, first served—supplies are limited.

Important Information about TEFAP:
This distribution is partially supported by The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). The whole chicken included in the Thanksgiving basket is provided through TEFAP. If you chose to select this item, by submitting your request form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful, and that your household meets TEFAP eligibility requirements. All personal information collected is confidential and used solely for reporting purposes required by TEFAP.
Regular Pantry Operations:
The Nosh Food Pantry will also remain open for regular operating hours on Tuesday, Nov. 19, and Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Services will be available at a satellite location—more information to come.
This initiative is open to everyone in the UHart community as well as community members, with one basket or gift card available per household.
