The Hartt Community Division will once again be sponsoring a free series of dance movement classes this semester on Tuesdays from 4:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. starting on Jan. 20. As in the fall semester, we will be meeting at the Watkinson School which is next door to the main campus! Classes will be appropriate for everyone without regard to their level of movement experience. Classes will help participants improve their movement abilities and boost overall mood in a fun, upbeat environment. No experience needed!
Participants will be provided with a class schedule in advance of the start of the program so they know what style of dance they can expect for each class; ex. lyrical, ballet, hip-hop, jazz, Zumba, etc. Participants should wear moveable clothing such as athletic wear with dance shoes or socks on their feet.
