Meal Plan Downgrade Deadline

As a reminder, in accordance with University policy, the downgrade period for meal plans for the spring 2026 term ends at midnight on Monday, Feb. 2. After that, only upgrades in meal plans are allowed until end of April.

To review your current meal plan selection and see what options are available to you, please visit your MyUHart > login and then search the cards for “Meal Plans” Then select “Meal Plan Selection/Upgrades.”

If you are looking for descriptions of the various plans visit the ARAMARK Dining Services website > click on your class status. Please note: For Undergraduate Resident students, the 10 Weekly option is restricted to full kitchen housing in Park River or Village quad apartments only.

All dining dollars awarded with a meal plan expire at the end of the Spring term so plan accordingly. You can always add HawkCASH that doesn’t expire until you graduate, and can be used off campus at participating retail and restaurants.
