We are pleased to announce a new grant opportunity, made possible by the generous support of the Davis Educational Foundation, to support the creation or re-design of a course to serve within the new University general education curriculum.
Proposals for courses that are “interdisciplinary” or in the category of “participatory creative arts” are most encouraged. Support for new course creation includes a stipend of $4,100 or a course release. Support for a course revision includes a stipend of $2,500. Applications from a pair of faculty to develop or revise an “interdisciplinary” course are also encouraged.
Both full- and part-time faculty are eligiible to apply. For more information, see attached Davis Grant RFP. The deadline to apply is Friday, March 27.
