Headshot Sessions for Faculty & Staff

UPDATE: ALL SLOTS FILLED, SIGN UPS FOR WAIT LIST STILL BEING ACCEPTED

Headshot sessions will be held on Monday, March 9 from 1 p.m.–4 p.m. and Tuesday, March 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to provide faculty and staff an opportunity to get a professional photo taken for the directory and profile pages on the University's website! The sessions will be held on the upper floor of Harrison Libraries, on the left side of the balcony. Please sign up using the links below:

FAQs:

  • What if I can’t make it? Don’t worry, we will schedule more of these in the future.
  • What should I wear? We recommend professional attire.
  • How long does it take? It takes about 5-10 minutes.
  • I got my headshot taken before, but…can I get another one? We want everyone to feel their best about their representation, but please understand that there are many new members of our community who have not had a chance to have their photos taken, and we will need to prioritize if the slots fill up quickly. We will hold more shoots in the future.
  • I'm a student, can I get a headshot too? These sessions are only available to faculty and staff. The Allan Center for Career and Professional Development offers headshot sessions for students throughout the semester.
