HRD would like to thank everyone for your thoughtful participation in the Annual Collaborative Assessment program this year. We have reviewed all submitted assessments and appreciate the time and effort you invested in making this a meaningful part of the employee experience.
As a way to simplify access to your review, HR is working on uploading all completed reviews into individual accounts in PeopleAdmin. They are stored in the ‘Personnel Folder’, ‘Annual Review Upload’ as a PDF for your convenience. We will also continue to explore a transition to a fully electronic process and we look forward to sharing more for next year’s program.
For supervisors, please continue to submit any outstanding reviews as soon as possible. As a reminder, the form is available on the Forms page on the HRD Website, under Performance Reviews, along with additional resources for supervisors.
