Student Centers 25Live Space Request Policy Updates

Student Centers, managed by the Office of Student Engagement and Inclusion, has updated policy and procedure for booking space on campus through 25Live. You will now find that spaces require advanced notice for booking so that we can provide the best, consistent service possible with our campus partners in 25Live Administration, Classrooms, Aramark Facilities, Aramark Dining and Public Safety. 25Live will also give you information in the booking process about any conflicts with your request. 

Gengras Student Union Lawn: 21 Days
Gengras Student Union North and South Cafeteria: 14 Days
Gengras Student Union Hawk Terrace: 14 days
Gengras Student Union Meeting Rooms: 7 Days
Gengras Student Union Vending Tables: 3 Days

Konover Campus Center Great Room: 14 Days
Konover Picnic Area: 21 Days

University Commons Vending Table: 3 Days
University Commons Private Dining Room: 3 Days
University Commons Patio/Lawn: 7 Days

Poe Park Fire Pit: 7 Days (requires Public Safety notice)

Parking Lots F, K Visitor and L: 21 Days

Village Lawn: 21 Days
Harry Jack Gray Lawn: 21 Days
