There are many clubs and organizations that promote belonging amongst the UHart community. Join in or attend club meetings and events to speak about important topics including your health and wellbeing with allied students, faculty, staff, and licensed professionals.
We promote physical activity as a vital sign of health and to improve the health and well-being of the campus community by:
- Making movement a part of the daily campus culture
- Assessing physical activity at every student health visit
- Providing students with the tools necessary to strengthen healthy physical activity habits that can last a lifetime
- Connecting university health care providers with university health fitness specialists to provide a referral system for exercise prescription.
A safe, nonjudgmental environment for people of all sexual and gender identities: The Queer Student Union (formerly known as Spectrum) is an organization for bisexual, pansexual, gay, lesbian, transgender, asexual, questioning students, and their allies. Meetings are open to all. Come support and be supported!

Women+ for Change is an intersectional, student-led organization that promotes social justices and aims to provide a safe space for education, advocacy, and discussion among people of all ages, backgrounds, gender identities, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. Our discussions topics often include reproductive justice, body image, feminism, sexuality, race, gender, global issues, and a host of other social issues.
